Mussar
12:45 p.m. Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that involves self-examination through the exploration of various character traits (middot) such as humility, gratitude, kindness, anger, patience, and forgiveness.  We each deal with these traits in different ways, and therefore we each have a unique spiritual curriculum.  The goal of Mussar practice is to make us a better mensch, more attuned to ourselves, but just as importantly, to others.   Our “textbook” for the class will be Everyday Holiness --The Jewish Path of Mussar by Alan Morinis.  This time of Corona is a particularly potent time to explore Mussar together to support resiliency through the many unknowns. The daily practice is simple, yet challenging.

The class is facilitated by Dr. Yoram Kinberg. Feel free to reach out to Yoram ( 917 558 1146) if you have any questions.
