Bet Limmud School

The inaugural year of our Bet Limmud School at Bet Shalom is beginning Fall 2023.

Our weekly school for children K-5 and their families aims to deepen the learning of Hebrew, prayer, Jewish practice, texts & holidays, and to build community connections.

Meeting days alternate each week between Sundays and Shabbat mornings from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. See our calendar below for the schedule for the entire year.

Our sessions will combine mixed-aged group time for prayer, song, stories, and movement, with smaller groups for deeper age-appropriate learning. Parents, grandparents and/or other guardians are welcome and encouraged to join all sessions.

One Sunday per month, during the school day, Rabbi Yosef Lopez will lead a learning session for adults based on Jewish topics of interest to the group.

For questions or more information please email Lisa Schachter-Brooks or call (520) 233-7813
