Congregation Anshei Israel presents a free upcoming workshop about Anti-Semitism for High School students led by StandWithUs.  

Sunday, February 11, 12:30pm-2pm at Congregation Anshei Israel (in-person only): 

“Responding to Hatred,” for Jewish High School students & their parents/guardians.

This will be two 45-minute programs, one for teens and one for adults (separate sessions). During each program, the opposite group will have lunch. Responding to Hatred - Responding to Hatred is a presentation that aims to address the issue of antisemitism and culminates with an empowering suggestion of how we might effectively respond to antisemitism we come across in our own lives. This presentation is broken into three sections: identifying classical manifestations of antisemitism (both religious and racial conceptions), antisemitism that is related to Israel, and effective tools for responding to antisemitism.
