Nes Gadol Hiyeh Po (A great miracle will happen here). WE NEED YOUR HELP! It's time to dig, everyone! We are so excited to dig the ground that will soon become the garden beds of the Midbar Project Jewish Urban Farm. All hands on deck (all ages, all people, all backgrounds, all communities). We will be doing a variety of physical work, including hula hoeing, digging, and pruning! Then, we will finish up with a LATKE POTLUCK! Bring your latkes, big or small, and any associated toppings to share (other dishes, Chanukah or not, always welcome). If you have your own Chanukiah that you are comfortable bringing, please bring so that we may end the night & end Chanukah in a large festival of lights! We will sing songs and say the b'rachot together in celebration of Chanukah, and to new beginnings. Tools needed!! If you have any tools that you wouldn't mind allowing the community to use in this event, please bring.
