Congregation Bet Shalom will compile a digital Book of Remembrance this year. This dignified way to remember loved ones and friends will also contain Psalms, Jewish mourning customs, and the Mourner’s Kaddish.

Please complete this form to have the names of your loved ones included.There will be no fee for the inclusion of names in this Book of Remembrance.

Jewish custom teaches us to honor the memories of our loved ones with gifts of tseddakah and the study of Torah.  If you wish, you may include a tzedakah donation, but there is no obligation to do so. 

The deadline for the office to receive this form is September 10.
