This special event workshop makes valuable practical self-defense skills accessible to women in our community. This 4-hour “Distance, Time, Safety” introductory class is taught by qualified female instructors at American Institute of Kenpo, located at the corner of La Cholla and Ina. Bet Shalomer Oleg Cohen highly recommends this workshop and has arranged for a Sunday workshop for the Jewish community. We need a minimum of 10 committed people to make it happen. The cost is $89/per person and is open to females age 12 + above. 

In this workshop you will: 

• Examine the reality of Danger
• Discuss the Plan of action
• Establish a basic Defense
• Explore how to deal with common attacks
• Learn how to Fight fiercely
