Shabbat Morning

Saturday, December 18, 2021 14 Tevet 5782

9:15 AM - 12:00 PMCBS Sanctuary

We are back in person at the CBS! We also have access through ZOOM.

A few things to note:

  • Please help us prepare the proper amount of food by registering for kiddush lunch.
  • Registration is required for Shabbat morning services inside the sanctuary and is limited to 40 people on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not required for the outside Mishkan Minyan but it is appreicated.
  • We ask that if you have registered and realize that you cannot attend, please do let the office know so we can invite folks from the waiting list.
  • Also, if you do not register in time but are observing a yahrzeit or want to be added to the waiting list, please email the office at
  • If you arrive without a reservation, there may be space for you, but be prepared for the possibility that the sanctuary is full. If this is the case, you would be most welcome at the outdoor minyan in the courtyard that starts at 10am.
  • Please enter through the front door for the indoor minyan and through the small gate near the kitchen for the Mishkan Minyan.
  • Camp Shabbat is back!! Children are welcome for supervised play in the courtyard and playground from 10-11:45 a.m.
  • We will have box lunches for kiddush this Shabbat! Thank you to our wonderful kitchen crew! If you'd like to host or sponsor a kiddush in honor of a simcha or a yahrzeit, please click here.
  • Think Tank is back and in-person.We look forward to gathering together to learn as a community with Rabbi Dr. Howard Schwartz from 1 - 2:30 p.m. Come ready to think!

Registration is not required for the outside minyan but is helpful.
(This helps our kitchen crew to know how many lunch boxes to prepare.)
Tot Shabbat (Jan 8) and Stories on Shabbat (Jan 15) happen once per month. Please let us know if your children will join.  Teen counselors will escort the kids from Camp Shabbat for the program at 10:30 a.m.
