Shabbat Morning

Saturday, December 25, 2021 21 Tevet 5782

9:15 AM - 12:00 PMCBS Sanctuary

Registration for Shabbat services and Kiddush has filled up early this week. Please feel free to join us for the outdoor Mishkan Minyan which begins at 10am.

We are back in person at the CBS! We also have access through ZOOM.

A few things to note:

    • Please help us prepare the proper amount of food by registering for kiddush lunch no matter which minyan you attend. This week's special meat kiddush is hosted by new Bet Shalomers Tammy and Alan Strobel in honor of their anniversary. Mazal tov!! (Vegetarian options will be available.)
    • Registration is required for Shabbat morning services inside the sanctuary and is limited to 40 people on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not required for the outside Mishkan Minyan but it is appreciated.
    • We ask that if you have registered and realize that you cannot attend, please do let the office know so we can invite folks from the waiting list.
    • Also, if you do not register in time but are observing a yahrzeit or want to be added to the waiting list, please email the office at
    • If you arrive without a reservation, there may be space for you, but be prepared for the possibility that the sanctuary is full. If this is the case, you would be most welcome at the outdoor minyan in the courtyard that starts at 10am.
    • Please enter through the front door for the indoor minyan and through the small gate near the kitchen for the Mishkan Minyan.
    • Camp Shabbat is back!! Children are welcome for supervised play in the courtyard and playground from 10-11:45 a.m.
    • If you'd like to host or sponsor a kiddush in honor of a simcha or a yahrzeit on a future Shabbat, please click here.
    • Think Tank will be cancelled this week as we join in a communal tisch with singing and learning together outside during the extended kiddush lunch.
