We will continue to discuss:

GOING FROM 'SLAVERY (Avdoot)  to FREEDOM (Heroot)' in CORONA TIMES

Please work on the following: 

1.  Identify situations in your life where you did not have complete freedom...(e.g. being a 'slave' to your career)  How have you managed to get the most out of these situations.

B. How has Corona impacted your freedom in the last year.

C. What do you plan to do to liberate yourself once we resume our 'new normal' lives.

    Also, please observe situations where JOY or other Middot  occur (e.g equanimity, gratitude, kindness, patience. anger, humility, etc..)

Please journal and be ready to share.
