When you write your 'Life Story' 

What Title would you give your  Book?

Please work on the following: 

a. List new activities (eg YOGA) and initiatives since corona (including new people that entered your life and play an important role in your life).

b.  List new activities and initiatives you plan to ‘take on' in the next few months including new                      areas/topics for study, new hobbies, etc.

c.  What gifts do you plan to give yourself to celebrate completing your vaccination?

 d. Once Corona scare is behind you, 

                   -what will be your 'dream? A trip/vacation? 

e. Continue to search for your Life:

   -  Purpose,

    - Mission 

    In addition, please observe situations where one or more Middot occur (e.g equanimity, joy, gratitude, kindness, patience. anger, humility, etc..)
