Next Mussar class will be on Tuesday, March 10 at 12:45 p.m.  

We will continue  to discuss how to enhance your emotional/mental wellness by having more equanimity and joy in your life, as well as less stress.
Including: how to be kind to yourself and how to judge yourself favorably.

Your homework:

1. Identify situations that give you joy/pleasure/equanimity /nachat

    Identify actions you choose to take to enhance your joy equanimity and/or pleasure.  Be specific, journal and be ready to share

2, identify situations that give you stress
— identity actions that reduce your stress, be specific, journal, and be ready to share.


Additional Homework:
As we have discussed in the last class, identify situations in the last few weeks when one or more of the Mussar Middot played a role..(e.g. gratitude, kindness, patience, anger, forgiveness, etc.)describe the situation and your actions...
