Safety: Krav Maga Krav Maga is the self-defense system used by women and men of the Israel Defense Forces. Over the years this practical method of personal protection has evolved and been refined for use by civilians of all ages. Learn methods to resolve conflicts, control aggressors and end potential violent confrontations. The topics of safety awareness, risk reduction, threat analysis, and decisive action will be covered in depth during these ‘Personal Safety’ workshops. Participants will also learn basic physical moves to include blocks, punches, kicks and restrictive hold escapes. Learn skills that can benefit your life, improve your health all while having fun and sharpening your mind! The event will be held Sunday from 1:30 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. Cost: $15 if pre-registered by noon thursday. $20 day of fee or if emailing after noon thursday.
